Have you ever walked into the modern wing of an art museum and heard someone say, “I could’ve made that…”? Maybe you’ve uttered those very words yourself? This begs the question, what makes art ART? In this course you’ll be challenged to expand your view of what art can be. The session will contain audio, visuals and guided discussion. Be prepared to think, learn and laugh. Facilitator: Jenn Korolenko, Curator of Education & Public Programs, University Art Galleries Department, Texas A&M.
As part of our SEAD After Dark series, we will provide the venue, snacks, and facilitator, and all you have to do is register and BYOB! This class costs $9.50, or you can register for all 3 classes for $25. You must register to attend the course. To register, visit seadgallery.com/sead-after-dark.
