For the duration of his exhibit Colorpalooza, we will spotlight one of Anguspaul’s paintings each week as the “Piece of the Week”. For the week of December 10th, the highlighted painting is called Grandpa’s Farm. While this painting has already found its rightful home above a patron’s mantel, we invite you to come and see it before it leaves us. Anguspaul grew up on a farm in the Midwest before settling in Milano, Texas. Many of his works are based on his time in the Midwest and that influence is evident- Grandpa’s Farm is no exception. This is a beautiful painting with a nostalgic undertone that gives the audience a glimpse into the artist’s beloved memories.
This painting will only be hanging in the gallery for a short time so come in soon! Remember, we are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the evening.
